Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Surabaya State University Pensioners Association (IPUNESA) held a Work Conference (Muker) on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Building I6, Faculty of Social and Law, Ketintang Campus, Surabaya. The event was attended by the Chancellor of UNESA for the 1997-2001 period, Prof. Toho Cholik Mutohir, Ph.D and all the management and members of IPUNESA.
The chairman of the UNESA Pensioners Association, Alimufi Arief, explained that the purpose of this event was based on the IPUNESA Articles of Association and Bylaws. “When it is time to change the management, a working meeting will be held. In the work deliberation itself, submit the accountability report of the management, then look at the changes in the AD/ART, determine the work program and determine the head of the formation as the successor for the next period.
He added that this year‘s working meeting resulted in several decisions including, 1) the AD/ART has changed but is still in the formulation stage, 2) perfecting the work programs that have been determined, including the fields of spirituality, health, sports, recreation, welfare, and social affairs, 3) his re-election as chairman of IP-UNESA.
Soekardi Hasrat, one of the alumni, said that the re-election of the chairman was not without reason. According to him, the chairman is a diligent, diligent and responsible person. "He is also a chairman who always embraces and unites with all members and administrators," he said.
Toho Cholik Mutohir hopes that IPUNESA can continue to serve and work together to make UNESA a dignified and authoritative university. "The management certainly hopes that they can continue to serve to bring IPUNESA into an organization that can continue to assist and inspire and prosper its members," he hoped. [HUMAS UNESA]
